02What Infinette Hub Is

Infinette Hub is a digital ecosystem that includes Infinette Creator Studio, Infinette.ai, and The Infinette Method course. Each product has its own specific terms where relevant, but these general terms apply across all products.

03Using Our Products

By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will keep your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

04What You Can and Cannot Do

You may use our products for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:

• Use our products to create harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our products or technology
• Share your account access with others
• Use our products in ways that violate applicable laws
• Attempt to disrupt or damage our systems

05Payments and Subscriptions

Paid products are billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

We do not offer refunds except where required by law or in cases of technical failure on our end.

06Your Content

You own the content you create using our products. By using our products you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

07Intellectual Property

All Infinette Hub products, designs, code, copy, and branding are owned by Triban Online Group. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

08Availability

We aim to keep our products available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally take products offline for maintenance.

09Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of our products after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
